Dr. Atha graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in human biology before earning her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. Debbie is our practice administrator, and a certified notary public. She possesses the uncanny ability to know almost all of our patients by name upon sight. She is often overheard chatting with patients about dental and personal issues, but maintains the efficiency necessary to accommodate a large number of patients, and manage a busy front office. Ali graduated from MCC-Penn Valley with an associate of applied science degree in dental assisting and is a certified expanded functions dental assistant. Melissa is the behind-the-scenes support for Bowles Dental Center. From marketing and website management to organizing patient and staff appreciation events, Melissa supports and helps build a thriving practice.

Karen graduated from Missouri Southern State University in 2003 and currently holds membership in the American Dental Hygienist Association. She finds joy in helping our patients claim gorgeous smiles and healthy mouths. Karen also likes getting to know our patients on a personal level and building long-term relationships with them. She and her husband, Cliff, have a dog named Daisy. On the weekends, Karen likes to golf, garden, and take walks with Daisy.

Kelly is a Dental Hygienist blessed with the gift of motivating our patients to take an active role improving their oral health. She earned a Bachelor of Science in allied health administration from the University of Kansas Medical Center, and has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 20 years. She is the mother of two young children, and an avid tennis player.

Megan grew up and attended high school in Topeka, Kansas. She then attended Missouri Western University in St. Joseph, Missouri where she played soccer. Megan graduated from the dental hygiene program at Johnson County Community College Megan enjoys running, playing sand volleyball and spending time with friends and family.

Lynn has been practicing dental hygiene for over 13 years. She obtained her bachelors of Liberal Arts from UMKC in 1998. Lynn graduated with her dental hygiene degree in 2001 from Southern University in Shreveport Louisiana. She is currently licensed to practice in both Kansas and Missouri. Lynn enjoys getting to know her patients while taking care of their preventative oral care needs. When not working, Lynn enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children.

Krista has been in the dental field for over 24 years and received her certification through United Technical Institute in Wichita, Kansas. As a dental assistant, Krista enjoys educating patients on the importance of dental care. Krista values the relationships she has built through the years with the patients. Krista resides in Olathe with her husband, Dave, and their 3 boys. In her spare time you will find Krista cheering her boys on in sports, especially baseball.

Tiffani has been a dental assistant for 19 years. Her education in dentistry began at Concorde Career Institute in Kansas City. She has been employed with us for the last 13 years. She took three of those years off to have her twins Becca and Gavin and to be with her family. Tiffani has been married to her husband, Bert, for 15 years. A great muti-tasker, Stacey works in both our front and back office. She schedules appointments, plans treatment, and handles patients' accounts. She sits chairside and assists Dr. Whiting. When she isn't making people smile, Stacey enjoys weight lifting to stay fit. She and her husband, Andy, enjoy spending time with their 2 sons.
