Dr. Nicole Rogers is new to Arkansas City and is anxious to get involved in the community she has heard so much about. Toni Baughman is one of our dental hygienists that knows how to make your smile sparkle. She will also make you laugh and tell a few great jokes to make your visit as much fun as possible. Toni also understands the complexity of the computers in the office and helps keep us online. Toni has three children Stefan, Alli and Kelsea and is married to Gene Baughman. She has been a valuable member of our dental team since 1997 when she graduated from Wichita State University’s Dental Hygiene School.

Jessica Buckingham, a native of Ark City, is excited to be back in her hometown. Jessica understands the importance of making her patients feel comfortable and she takes great pride in helping address each patient’s specific needs. Jessica graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Hygiene School in 2008. She is married to Brock Buckingham, a coach for the Cowley College baseball team. They have three children Briggs, Brynn, and Brant.

Valerie works very hard to maintain the health of your gums and teeth. She is very gentle and makes sure you are comfortable during the procedure. Fallon is an Arkansas City Native. She graduated in 2004 from Wichita State University with her dental hygiene degree. Debra has been a dental assistant for over 20 years serving as our orthodontic assistant for over 10 years. Dana Ward is a Certified Dental Assistant with over 20 years of work in the dental profession. She has a bubbly personality which helps patients feel comfortable.. Billie is a certified dental assistant. She has a very outgoing personality that makes you feel very comfortable. Billie is also very good at listening to your concerns and making sure all of your needs are addressed. Billie is a graduate of Cowley College and Flint Hills Technical College. Morgan is working on becoming a certified dental assistant. She has been quick to learn how to assist the doctors and is a natural at making the patients feel comfortable during the procedure. She works closely with Dr. Nicole on implant consultations and procedures. Her sweet caring personality is a delight to have in the office. She is a mom of two dogs and enjoys spending her free time fishing and boating.

Yara brings many laughs to our office with her sense of humor. Yara is bilingual and serves as the office translator. She does an excellent job of communicating the patients' needs and desire to our staff. She also makes sure all of our patients are comfortable with the treatment options they are given. We were doubly blessed when Dr. Rodger Maechtlen retired and we bought his practice. We not only got to meet his many loyal patients, we also gained an awesome receptionist. Trying to figure out insurance is easier with Christy Williams, our financial coordinator. Christy understands the complexities of many of the plans and demands of each company. Her knowledge of these insurance policies makes it less frustrating for our patients as she is able to answer many of their financial questions. Christy is from a large family in Arkansas city.
