About our office
UnityPoint Health - St. Luke's Dental Health Center is a clinic providing comprehensive dental care to children age 1-15 years from low income families. We also serve people with severe developmental disabilities. We accept Medicaid and Hawk-i insurance. For children who are uninsured, the family may qualify for our program based on a sliding fee scale. If you have questions about eligibility, please call 319-369-7730.
