06/19/25 Thank you for your feedback. While we’re pleased we could assist you during a painful situation, we would like to address a few concerns. Our hygiene schedule is often booked several months in advance, and this was clearly communicated during your visit. As with all patients, we offered to add you to our cancellation list and would notify you if an earlier appointment became available. Throughout your time in the office, our staff remained professional and courteous. However, we did note a significant difference in how our team members were treated compared to the doctor. Respectful communication is expected for all members of our team — not just the provider — and we stand by the kindness and care our staff extended during your visit. We also want to acknowledge your comment regarding the hygienist. While it may not have come across as expected, we can assure you that our hygienist does care deeply about each patient’s situation. Sometimes, intentions and tone can be misinterpreted during a brief interaction, but professionalism and compassion are values we uphold at every level of care. We remain committed to providing respectful, fair treatment to every patient and wish you well moving forward.
