With this, we are able to focus on Prevention, and Minimally-Invasive Dentistry, to reduce pain, fear, and stress on your child. Small cavities are filled with a Glass-Ionomer restorative material, which helps fight new cavities from forming around the restoration. The use of this material also allows us to remove only the part of the tooth that needs to be repaired. Traditional Amalgam or silver restorations require removing a healthy part of the tooth in order for them to stay in place.
