Insurance representatives may provide incorrect details regarding coverage or network status, which we only discover once the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is received. We can only proceed based on the information the insurance company provides at the time of verification. We strongly suggest that all patients maintain a thorough understanding of their specific policies. Ultimately, the insurance policy is an agreement between you and your provider.
