We sincerely apologize for the extended wait you experienced. We understand your frustration. The patients who were called back before you were scheduled with other hygienists and/or the doctor, so they were not being seen ahead of you for the same appointment. The patient scheduled immediately before you was due to see the dentist, and our hygienist was waiting for the dentist to see that patient and complete that patient’s care before proceeding with your appointment. Since exams by the doctor are only required one time a year, you were not scheduled to see the doctor. Unfortunately, that appointment took longer than anticipated. We apologize we did not communicate the delay more clearly and appreciate your feedback.
