Dr. Ada Y. Parra is an educator, clinician, author, and lecturer both nationally and internationally. She obtained her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the internationally recognized University Santo Tomas of Bucaramanga, Colombia in 2003. After relocating to the United States in 2003, Dr. Parra earned a specialty certificate in Prosthodontics from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in 2010. She maintained a full time academic commitment as an Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Florida, College of Dental Medicine, teaching in the post graduate resident specialty program in Prosthodontics from 2012 to 2013. Dr. Parra is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists, American Dental Association, Florida Prosthodontic Association, Florida Dental Association and the Alachua County Dental Association. Currently, Dr. Parra is president of Premier Dental Team, practicing as a Prosthodontist, specializing in the replacement of missing tooth structures with veneers, crowns, implants and dental prosthesis. Dr. Justin C. Craighead is a leader and educator in Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Florida in 2004 and his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry in 2008 from Boston University, Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He also has his Masters in Prosthodontics from University of Florida and became a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2012. Dr. Craighead is a member of the American Dental Association, the American College of Prosthodontics, the American Academy of Periodontology, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the International Team for Implantology, the Academy of Osseointegration, and the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. As a Prosthodontist, Dr. Craighead has experience in treating a wide variety of cases from straight forward cases requiring single tooth replacement and crowns to patients needing comprehensive multispecialty treatment. Dr. Craighead had the honor of being pronounced chief surgical resident for his outstanding dental achievements and served as an instructor, lecturer, and co-developer of the advanced surgical curriculums in the Department of Restorative Science, Graduate Prosthodontics at the University of Florida in Gainesville in 2013.
