Born and raised in Manchester CT, he graduated at the top of his class from Manchester High in 1974. He went on to earn his BS degree in Biology and Psychology at Trinity College in Hartford in 1978. Dr. Hall is a lifelong Connecticut resident working at Capitol Dental since 1998. He received his degree from UCONN School of Dental Medicine in 1991. He has done mobile dentistry in undeserved rural CT populations. He has done continuing education in the areas of dental appliance approaches to sleep apnea, advanced esthetic techniques, and invisalign procedures. In his spare time he enjoys studying Spanish and spending time with his family.

Dr. Pucci is our in house "gum specialist" (Periodontist). He recieved his degree from Boston University in 1993. He has been with us at Capitol Dental Associates for over 10 years.

Dr. Blacher started with Capitol Dental Associates in the beginning of 2017. He is our in house root canal "specialist". He recieved his dental degree from Midwestern University in 2015 and is currently working towards getting his degree in Endodontic dentistry which will be completed in 2018.

Davonne earned his RDH from Tunxis Community College in 2005 and has been with us ever since. He was a dental assistant prior to going to hygiene school so his dental experience and knowledge is vast. His other passions are his poetry, and spending time with his family.

Susan earned her RDH from the University of New Haven in 2006 and like Davonne has been with us ever since. She is our "go to" farm girl. She can address all of your dental AND farming needs.

Tami has been with us since 1998 and in the dental profession for over 23 years. She started with Dr. Haroian 23 years ago and has been by his side ever since.

Sherry has been with us for 10 years and in the dental profession for over 11 years. She wears two hats in our office, dental assistant and front desk!

Deanna is our Office Manager and has been with us for 16 years.

Diane has worked with Dr. Haroian for over 16 years, 6 of those years here at Capitol Dental. She has worked in the dental profession for over 25 years.

Nancy has been part of the Dental Community in Hartford for over 40 years.
