Yesterday was my first visit to Dr Paul's family dentistry. The office Vibe was so nice amongst the staff and him. His staff was friendly and helpful and he was patient, kind, gentle and explained everything in detail before beginning the checkup which I really appreciate. He shed light on other health issues I was currently having that related to the health of my teeth which helped me realize what needed to be taken care of sooner than later. Dr. Rappaport is the best Dentist I have ever had. He listens to your concerns and checks in with you throughout the procedure.

This time my experience was NOT a good one with the hygienist who was a temporary. She kept me waiting and then splashed water all over me with the water pick, forgot to polish my teeth ( I had to remind her). All in all I didn’t get a satisfactory cleaning.. If she is still there for my next cleaning I won’t be returning as a patient.
