A native of Lake Village and has been working as a office manager for 13 years .She has been with CMMC for three years and enjoys helping patients with their insurance needs, scheduling needs and answering any questions and concerns they may have. She truly cares about the community she works in. She has been married for 39 years has two daughters and four grandchildren that are her greatest joy! In her spare time she loves gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Nina Hill from Tillar, has been working as a dental assistant for 36 years. She had been with CMMC for 3 years and enjoys visiting with her patients and making their dental experience the best possible. Nina has been married to her best friend, Steven, for 25 years and has a son. She enjoys shopping, working out, and loving on her dog Remi.

Madeline Free, from Arkansas City, has been a dental assistant at Chicot Memorial for two years. She graduated from Little Rock School of Dental Assisting in 2018. Madeline is very passionate in keeping her patients comfortable. In her free time she enjoys painting and playing with her dogs.

Claudia Holthoff Sullivan graduated from the U of A with a B.S. in Heath Science. She attended dental hygiene school at MDCC in Mississippi. Claudia wanted to be a hygienist since the age of 13 and has now been practicing hygiene for 12 years. Not only does she enjoy connecting with her patients, but she likes to focus on oral health education in the clinic and the community. In her spare time, she loves spending time her husband, 2 kids, and animals.

Jenna Dumas, from Crossett, is a Dental Hygienist at our practice. She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a bachelor’s degree in Biology in May 2017 and graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene in May 2020. She enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her dog, Berkley. In her spare time, she love to read, go on road trips, and teach dance.
