Dr. Combs is a graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. He opened his dental practice in Bella Vista in 1992. Prior to settling in Northwest Arkansas he practiced in Fort Worth, Texas. He and his wife, LaDonna, both grew up in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Brittany is a Registered Dental Assistant graduating from Petra Allied Health in January of 2011. She has been employed with Dr. Combs since February 2011. She lives in Bella Vista with her husband, VJ and little girl, Maya. She enjoys biking, running, and spending time outdoors.

Esther is a 2001 graduate of Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri, where she received an Associates of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been employed with Dr. Combs since the beginning of her career in July 2001. Esther enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also has a great love for animals.

Julie received her Associates of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri. Upon graduation she joined the practice of Dr. Combs in July 2004. Julie is married to Rick and together they have 4 children ranging in age from 13 to 23. Her hobbies are spending time with family and friends, traveling, tennis, and a little shopping now and then.

Pam has been in the administrative environment for over 30 years. She joined Dr. Combs staff in July of 2004. Pam and her husband Randy have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Her hobbies are music, reading, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Jan has been a dental hygienist for over 30 years and has been with Dr. Combs since 2003. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. She is passionate about educating and helping our patients maintain their oral health. Jan and her husband, John, have two grown children. Her hobbies are quilting, beading and gardening.

Katy is a 2004 graduate of Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, MO with an Associates of Science degree in Dental hygiene. She has been employed with Dr. Combs since 2014. She lives in Southwest Missouri with her husband and 2 children. Katy enjoys kayaking, photography and hanging out with her family.
