Radhika Rawal, DDS Dr. Radhika Rawal is excited to be the proud new owner of Desert Ridge Smiles! She moved to the Valley a few years ago alongside her husband who grew up in Phoenix. Dentistry is an ever evolving field, and Dr. Rawal firmly believes in the importance of life-long learning in every aspect of life, but especially in her career. She has taken courses at the renowned Kois Center and Spear Education and will continue to advance her skills and perfect her craft to provide the best possible care to her patients. Noemi (Mimi) is our RDA licensed chairside assistant and lab technician, who has more than 20 years of experience in aesthetic dentistry. She works closely with Dr. Rawal in a patient-centered environment to provide outstanding patient care using her superb technical skills. Sarah has been practicing dental hygiene for over 10 years. After spending years in Nevada, and most recently, Oregon, Sarah and her husband chose to move back to Arizona to raise their children near their friends and family. Kindra is our certified chairside dental assistant. She graduated from Phoenix College with an Associates in Dental Assisting in December of 2022. She is currently majoring in biochemistry at Arizona State University in order to apply to dental school! Kindra is an Arizona local and loves to travel around the state to go hiking with her dogs. She spends a lot of time studying, reading, and helping out at an urgent care where she works part time as a medical assistant.
