The team at West Central Dental does a phenomenal job. They are very welcoming, friendly and care for my oral health. I look forward to my cleaning appointments because my teeth always feel like the cleanest they have ever been.
I think it's wonderful that you work to keep your schedule on time. Abby was tied up when I arrived, but another hygienist stepped up to take x-rays that kept my appt on track. Your respect for my time is noticed and SO much appreciated! To be able to schedule when it's convenient for me and have confidence the appt will be on time is truly refreshing! Everyone at the office is kind, friendly and so professional! Abby and Dr. Olness -- thanks for doing all you do!

The building is new and welcoming, the staff was great and seemed to genuinely care, and the service I received was outstanding. Would definitely recommend!
Super, compassionate team including the receptionist. I felt like I came from the stone ages of dentistry after being seen for over 40 years in a small community, until today. The technology, efficiency and superb service from Dr Jake and his team brought back my smile. Great work!
Needed to get in somewhere for pain caused by wisdom teeth and they were able to get me in quickly even though I was a new patient. I also suffer from anxiety and it has caused me to avoid the dentist for a long time. They were very kind and understanding. Mary Jo made me feel comfortable and gave me an amazing cleaning. Dr. Olness is the kindest dentist you will ever meet along with his entire staff. He and the hygienists do anything to make you feel comfortable. They are wonderful to explain everything and answer and questions. The front desk ladies are awesome, too and very helpful when it comes to insurance and payments. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the Willmar area!
