I went in today expecting to have to get new dentures. Walked in the door was greeted and expedited fairly quickly. Did not have to wait more than 5 minutes they were actually ready for me before I finished filling out my first-time visit paperwork. Got back to the room went and did a Panoramic X-Ray. Doctor was in within like 2 minutes look at my existing dentures and said I didn't really need new ones I just need them relined they were still in good shape. Olathe dental is very responsive to my needs. They always fit me in when I have an urgent need . They always treat me like my concerns are important. I really appreciate that.

Had another great dental visit. I had some pain and the office got me right in. They did an adjustment and the pain was gone the next day. I have always had a great experience with Dr. Higgins. I recommend him and his office highly!

My teeth were in rough shape and Vivian took extra time and made sure I was satisfied. I was happy to be smiling again and smiling because I was happy. She also helped me with a future plan for keeping my teeth cleaner. Dr. Higgins was helpful too and I know will be available for any additional dental help as needed. Top notch. I have been coming to this dental facility for many years. I first saw Dr. Graham; upon his retirement, I became Dr. Liens patient. Now I see Dr. Higgins. All of these dentists have provided excellent care. Vila is my dental hygienist and she provides excellent care. The employees at the front desk are welcoming and friendly.

At the end of my cleaning visit with Vivian, Dr.Higgins came in to examine what she had discovered. They discussed the condition of a tooth that had died & had caused some bone loss as it had decayed under rhe crown. He recommended extraction as soon as possible & explained the possibilities of cosmetic restoration. Although severe enough for referral to a Dental Surgeon, he said he could get it out with minimal bone damage, which would provide the best platform for a posted replacement, or br...read moreidge if I chose. He allowed 1.5 hours for the work ..... but eased it out in less than half that, including the 20 minutes it took for us to chat while the local anesthetic absorbed. Very pleased with the work, the care from the staff and I feel fortunate ro have found such a skilled practicioner. read less

From the moment I walked in the door everyone was pleasant and all had smiles on their faces making me feel at ease; as this was my first extraction. It went like a breeze,no pain at all! I highly recommend Olathe Dental Care!

Over the last year I have experienced unanticipated problems with some of my prior dental work. Dr. Higgins has always been able to fit me in right away, which helps immensely. He explains everything and I always feel better (and look better) by the time I leave. Everyone there is so kind and understanding, from the person who answers the phone when you call to the person who checks you out when you leave.
