I initially came here for an emergency procedure. But now I come here for all of my procedures and cleanings. The staff is some of the friendliest people I have ever met. They always remember me. They’re friendly, and lovely! Not to mention I get to watch tv and movies during my visits. Best dentist I’ve ever been to! I live in Milwaukee but choose this tosa location because it is just the greatest. 10/10

Loved coming here!! They were able to fit me in that same day as a first time patient and scheduled me out for a teeth cleaning! Everyone who works here is just lovely and super helpful. I come here now for regular cleanings. I also come in to take care of cavities. They have helped me take better care of my teeth and have such better availability than the average dentist! I have been going to many dentist offices before for years but never feel as comfortable as I am now. they a great understanding about my problems and always take time to accommodate me even when it’s not my time. I’m with them for life never will change. Very knowledgeable and professional and a lot of care and that’s make me feel happy and comfortable.

I am happy to share my experience at Firefly Family Dentistry. The staff is always courteous, attentive, and makes eye contact . . . a nice touch often not found in medical establishments. My initial experience at the office was to becgreeted by a smiling receptionist who made me feel welcomed. My first few visits were for routine exams. She did not let me leave until I had understood each step involved. I have considerable dental issues. Based on my experiences with him, I trust Dr. Sandberg to deal with them in the most appropriate manner. He has not hesitated to recommend specialists when he feels I need more specific treatment or interventions. In other words, he recognizes and respects his own limitations. I value his integrity. Aside from his dental skills, what I appreciate about Dr. Sandberg’s manner is that he takes the time to explain what my dental issues were/are, explains his treatment plan, and if he considers various approaches, give me the options to consider. He always allows me time to consider them and respects my decisions. Dr. Sandberg has always been respectful to his assistants when they are working together. I have noted a spirit of camaraderie and cooperation among the staff and between the staff and Dr. Sandberg. They create a cheerful, warm atmosphere. I would be remiss if I did not mention one non-dental factor. The office seems to have the latest in dental technology, the best, from the patient’s point of view perhaps, is the ability to watch movies during long procedures. This makes the time fly. :-) At Firefly I found that, although I don’t relish appointments, I no longer dread going to the dentist as I had in my entire life. read less
