Courtney has been my dental hygienist at Dentistry By Design since 2009. She is professional, experienced and extremely thorough. I just love the wonderful feeling after a dental visit with Courtney. Everyone in the office is always kind and efficient!
On a Saturday afternoon I lost a crown. Knowing dentist wasn’t open I called first thing Monday morning. I was told they were completely filled. The earliest I would be able to get in would be the following week. They told me they would put me on the very top of their call list. Dr. Patti transformed my ugly smile. My front teeth were very worn, dark in color, and had very little enamel left on them. She was able to give me my smile back. Dr. Patti was an artist in my mouth and it was painless. I would highly recommend this office to everyone. The entire staff is awesome. Very fast and friendly. They got me an appointment right away and took care of my problem even though I had no insurance and was short on covering the cost of the work. They did not hesitate to fix my tooth right away even though it wasnt what I came in for and worked with me on setting up more visits and pay schedules so I get my problems addressed and the pain solved. Everything about this office is great. Very welcoming atmosphere. Extremely well run office with helpful knowledgeable staff. Dr. Patti is a really good dentist who explains all procedures and treatment options clearly- there is never any pressure. Julie gave my teeth a very thorough cleaning.
