Always a good experience with all of the team, especially my favorite, Jan! We always have so much to talk about in between cleaning! **Giggle**! Kind of hard to do with your mouth open! Very up to standards considering the Covid pandemic. I had no worries over protection while there.

His chairside care was excellent. Always ready with firm handshake and a smile. Listens very attentively when I speak. The entire staff is top shelf. Always with a ready smile, and courteous greeting. Hygienest is the best. Always with a ready smile and a joke on a topic of discussion. Receptionist is always kind and friendly. Considering, l have to say l was very happy with the friendliness and concern l received. Not having any type of insurance coverage at this time, they Dr. Shinners took care of my needs and repaired my tooth. Will definitely return for any future needs! Thanks!

Just started going to Dr. Shinners this year and am extremely pleased. I live in Brookfield and it is quite a distance to go to South Milwaukee but because of the care I am given I will continue to go to his clinic.. Dr Shinners is by far the kindest most caring healthcare provider I have ever had contact with. His work is meticulous and he and his staff make patients feel as cared for as if they were family. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
