Sons visit went great, dentist was very easy introducing the needle to numb his mouth. Teeth turned out great! The new front staff is changing things for the better in there, a big shout out to them for their hard work.

I've taken my son there twice. Both times the front desk people have been very friendly and helpful. The first visit the dentist didn't seem to spend a lot of time with my son. The second time was great (different dentist). Update: took 2 more kids there and saw the dentist myself as well. I was really pleased with everyone from the front desk to the dentist!

It was LATE on a Fri afternoon My son (barely12) out of nowhere has horrible toothach.We have no reg dentist & have badger care so I had little hope to begin with but despite being a new patient (w/badgercare) they got him a few hours later as the days last appt. Then, due to my poor judment we were more than just a few mins late. Despite all of this the entire staff from beginning to end treated us w/ respect & kindness. Not a single person, for even a seconde showed any sign of being even alit...read moretle annoyed at any of it, only care & concern.(thank you!) Lastly the dentist thoroughly explained the problem, our options, & when she was sure i was understanding she then helped me weigh out & choose a solution. All of this w/with an incredible amount of patience.(thank you!) I am SO impressed with Familia dental, before I even left i scheduled appts for cleanings & checkups for both kids, 3days later we were back & again experienced the same great care. i am so immensely gracious for finding this kind of first rate care & treatment for my kids & for the first time i'm genuinely feeling good/optmistic about their dental health, THANK YOU! read less

I was pleasantly greeted. From the appointment scheduling to the quotes on pricing, the service was flawless. As far as the appointment was concerned the aids and the doctor were absolutely lovely. Extremely professional and if there were more stars for the rating, all the staff were deserving of them.i am definitely beyond impressed and excited for the experience I had.

I can point out the good service that there is in the clinic, the assistants and the very kind doctor and a fast service I recommend not to miss the opportunity to check your teeth with FAMILIA DENTAL 👍
