Dentophobia is the extreme fear of going to the dentist, and I have it, I thought I was going to pass out in the waiting room, until I met the team. Not only were they nice, they made me comfortable by providing me a weighted blanket which is thought to stimulate the production of a mood-boosting hormone (serotonin), reduce the stress hormone (cortisol), and increase levels of melatonin. Such a great team, and I will be going back as I felt comfortable.
