I scheduled an upcoming routine cleaning for September (my old dentist stopped accepting delta dental). My old dentist told me I needed a crown "before your tooth cracks" . I called Fond du Lac Family Dentistry & explained I needed to come in before September. They got me in a day later (due to a fortunate cancelation) & I was told that I didn't need a crown & my tooth looked good! I hate the dentist, always have, didn’t go for decades. This place has changed my mind. Very caring staff, extremely friendly hometown atmosphere. I would highly recommend FDL Family Dentistry to anybody! These gals all rock and always put a smile on my face!
My experience was great with excellent service from Joan. She was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, & answered all my questions. Overall, I felt welcomed upon arrival throughout my departure, & I liked the fact that I was called to see if I could come in early. That worked out perfectly for me.
