Very knowledgable staff (clinical and office) with some advanced tools/tech to give you a great overall picture of your oral health. I love the emphasis on preventative care/maintenance. Staff will give you realistic feedback on your oral health while remaining kind and compassionate. There isn't an ounce of pressure to make any decision. Additionally, costs are clearly laid out for any recommended services. Best dental practice around!
What a great experience.
Dr N. Nielsen takes into consideration your financial well being while administering treatment. I wished I would have found her 8 extractions ago! She has now saved 3 teeth other dentists would have extracted. I have been a cash cow for others. Her work is exemplary. Her patient manner is thoughtful & kind. My first experience with Sumner Smiles was for a crown that came off. We are new to the area so we were looking for a dentist anyway, but this was more urgent. They worked me in, and in the exam Dr. Nielson showed me the tooth close up and what my options were. The was no "upselling" or pressure for one procedure or the other, just the facts and options for optimal treatment. Fabulous provider and staff! Small clinic, VERY friendly. So glad I found them after our dentist retired. Dr. Nielsen explains everything she is doing. She’s very kind and very gentle.
