Yesterday, my slight apprehension about visiting "Smile Source" for the first time, disappeared very quickly, as I realized that the welcoming atmosphere I had known before the change, was still the same... The staff is very friendly, the hygienist Melanie very nice and competent as always, and the new dentist "Dr. Gretchen" as kind and open as she is thorough! I am delighted, and recommend them very highly! Thank you! 🌟
The dentistry is good and all but the thing I can't say enough about is the customer service which is soooo far and above anything I've ever had at any doctor's office, let alone a dental practice where I'm only seen every 6 months. Front the front desk to the dental techs to the dentist, they are all so friendly and kind, explain everything and answer all questions you have in understandable ways, don't hide costs and are upfront with you. I am blown away with how incredible my experience was! The front desk staff were very kind and the hygienist made me feel very welcomed. Dr. Noah is the best dentist ever! I feel very comfortable and know that my teeth are taken care of. I highly recommend you try Smile Source, you won't be disappointed.I am very impressed and will be a returning customer!
I am so pleased with my recent 2 visits to smile source on south hill. They are located by the Safeway on East 29th Ave. The staff could not be nicer, warm and welcoming. I felt like an individual while there. The dentist and other staff members treated me with respect and answered all of my questions. They provided a comprehensive exam, cleaned my teeth, and met with me again to repair a filling. Please make an appointment, you will not be disappointed.
From start to finish, my experience was great. Upon entering, the receptionist greeted me by name. Upon completing my paperwork, my hygienist called me back to the chair. Her hands are so adroit at cleaning cleaning that I didn't feel a thing. When flossing time came, she didn't cut my gums. That has only happened at this office. The doctor was knowledgeable, polite, jovial, and caring. I felt as if I had some great care. With their guidance, I have had great checkups. I highly recommend them.

Great experience! Hygienist was very gentle, informative, explained what she was doing and what she was seeing. Also very sweet, personable. Dentist also was very informative, explaining what she was doing, seeing and a solid plan going forward for my teeth and health. Loved my visit, feel very lucky to be their patient.
Was worried about a different Dentist. Went better than I anticipated. Still down to earth atmosphere! Whew!
This is coming from someone who has a hefty fear of the dentist. They made me feel so comfortable during my office visit that I am excited to get the work done that I need. They did everything they could to make me feel safe and informed about everything.
