This was my first visit to Dr. Bates' office. I recently moved to the area, and had to find a new dentist. Everyone on staff was positive, capable, and friendly. I think I've picked the right dentist.

Great as always..
I have to get ALL of my fillings replaced! Dr. Bates wants to do this in four visits so there won’t be so much “trauma” as he puts it. I always get very nervous and never knew why. Today the hygienist took the time to explain to me it was partly due to the anesthesia. I work in healthcare so this made sense to me and will make future visits easier because I know what to expect. Thank You!
