This office came highly recommended and definitely lived up to that. Dr. Manpreet Dhaliwal take care the patient so well .From start to finish everything was top notch. Great vibe, friendly staff, well organized and most importantly great dentistry. I am thrilled I found this practice. I am a new patient and I feel I would trust them with any procedure.

I love all the employees there,they are all so nice n friendly.The dentist there are awesome,that's why I keep going there. Their gentle when working on my teeth! I'm a big baby so that's a SUPER PLUS FOR THEM. Complete Dental Care is the only place I'll go.

This is my first time writing a review for Complete Dental Care in Kent. I should have written this a long time ago. My family and I have been going there for the past 9 years. We enjoy make two trips in a year to get our teeth cleaned. My kids look forward to this. Everyone from the doctors to the hygienist are super awesome. I need to highlight Amanda. We have been taken care by her since we started going there and she takes her time to get to know you and your family. Amanda is amazing!!!

I have a terrible fear of the dentist and haven't been in 20 years. A bad toothache brought me back and I now have to have a root canal. They explained everything in detail and assured me the pain would be minimal. I left feeling less terrified about my return appointment. Thank you all!!!

I received great dental care from both Dr. Donovan and my hygienist, Amanda. They were thorough, LISTENED to my concerns and needs, and advised me about schedules and costs. My first contact with Complete Dental Care was through the website. Phone calls during business hours are very hard for me - so I was pleased to set something up through the internet. Wrong! All they did was call me and tell me to call back. Didn't do it for awhile. When I finally did call to make an appointment t...read morehey told me to fill out the paperwork on line, which I did. I provided all the information including my insurance. About a week before my appointment, I received a call saying that they had a question about my insurance. So, I called. I talked to Jamena (sp?) and she said I had Delta Dental. Um nooooooo! Then she said she had to check out my insurance and had me hold for TWENTY MINUTES. She never came back on the line to assure me she was working on it or anything. When she came back on the line she said my insurance was accepted and I was good to go. I asked why I had to call and why they had not just checked it out on their own. She said it was not her that called me, but that she could ask why and have the office get back to me. I pressed her for a turn around time, and she said I would hear from them by the next day at 8:00 p.m. That was about a week ago now. Nobody called. Ugh. Again - the dental care was wonderful, but if you don't want your time wasted and then to be ignored when you question their practices - this might not be the place for you. read less
