If anyone in Tri-Cities is looking for a dentist, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gledhill at Gledhill Dental. I called so many dentists on Saturday because I was experiencing a dental emergency. Dr Gledhill was able to get an assistant to come in first thing on a Sunday morning, over the holiday weekend and help get me out of the worst pain I’ve ever felt. It starts when you need to schedule appointments to when you exit the office. There is always professional and and courteous service. Even during procedures I have drifted off into a short nap. I appreciate the Practice!
When we moved to Tri-Cities in 2018 our former Dentist, Dr. Young in Yakima, referred us to Dr. Petersen at Gledhill Dental. We are thankful that our experience has always been excellent, professional and friendly. We would surely recommend Gledhill Dental and staff to anyone wanting the very best in dental care.
Dr. Gledhill is kind, competent, thorough, and honest. His front desk staff is so polite and accommodating, and the hygienists are friendly and upbeat. Our family has been patients of this practice for four years and only have positive things to say. This has to be one of the best dental practices in the area.
Gledhill Dental (Dr Gledhill and his whole team) never disappoint. I'm always amazing at the professionalism and care that they take when you're a patient there. Check in is always a breeze. The Hygienists/Dental Assistants are always helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. My visit at Gledhill Dental was excellent like always.. I've always had amazing one on one service with my dentist Dr. Gledhill and Dr. Peterson they both are amazing. The hygienist I've seen over the years have always done a great job with cleanings. The entire staff greats you like family. I love that such a happy welcoming office. Bottom-Line ... I hate dentist. But, the entire Gledhill staff goes out of their way to accommodate all my objections to the process to make me comfortable, engage me in the process to discuss my likes/dislikes/concerns in order to accomplish what they need to do to improve my dental health. On 2 occasions I have had to reach out to them for after-hours emergencies.
