Today was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dentist office! I am not a fan of going to the dentist, never have been. I needed to see one right away and my daughter recommended Stephens City Family dentistry. When I called I was greeted by a very, very friendly person on the other line. Made me feel very comfortable, very professional! This is now where I will go for my dental work. I'm 74 years old and I'm sure I'm going to start having more problems with my teeth. This place has put me at ease. I don't like to go to the dentist but if I have to go I'd want to go to a place like this. Highly recommended!! read less

The staff from the front office, the technicians to Dr. Kim are all very polite and professional. They try to make your visit to their office as comfortable and friendly as possible. The dentist office is not always a place where everyone is over anxious to be there, but Stephens City Family Dentistry do their best to make it a good experience!

In the past, I usually didn't sleep well the night before a dentist appointment. But everyone in the practice makes me extremely comfortable. They go at my pace. Loretta is very patient with me and we've developed a great relationship wherein we both start our day laughing.

I was a patient at Stephens City Family Dentistry on June 6. I was greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist who let the hygienist know I was there immediately. This office is always on time with appointments which is not always the case in many medical/dental offices. I saw a new hygienist who I had not seen before. She was very thorough, professional and personable. She did her job in a timely manner and offered suggestions that will be very helpful to me.

I had to have a root canal done. The team here made sure I was comfortable and well numbed before starting and addressed any additional pain immediately to make sure I wasn't having a bad time. Once everything took effect I experienced no pain and Dr. Lim was gentle in his approach as always. I don't think it's possible to make this procedure fun, but they try their best to minimize the negative. I would recommend them without hesitation.
