I was very impressed with the service I received.
The front desk staff is very friendly. Linda, the hygienist, was great. She explained everything in detail. Dr. Park was friendly and thorough. The clinic is sparkling clean and spacious. I had a long wait for my first appointment but I am glad I waited!
My experience was very satisfactory. Would recommend to others.
Very Good people and care
Total experience was exceptional. Beginning with a pleasant welcoming smile and attention from the receptionist to the dental assistant, who was so cheerful on this gloomy day. And then the assistant made me very comfortable before, during (as she told me all that was going on) and following the replacement of a filling. I am always greeted with a smile and professionalism by the ladies at the front desk. My hygienist is very friendly and makes recommendations on things I can try for my sensitivity. Dr Park is the Best, he explains things in a way that I can understand and I never feel rushed. I would recommend this dental office to anyone. KUDOS!!!!
Love everything about this dentist. His dental assistants are so knowledgeable and have a great bedside manner. Highly recommend them to everyone. So professional and the latest equipment.
very good service
I am an aging senior with plenty of previous dental work that needs updating. Yesterday, I spent 2.5 hours in Dr. Park's dental chair undergoing crown and bridge replacements, and though it was an ordeal, the service and the interaction were excellent. Both the doctor and assistant were quick to read any discomfort, whether it was problems with swallowing or even back pain. I was very impressed from the very beginning from getting appointment to being brought in earlier then precious schedules. The front office staff was very friendly and professional. The hygienist was very nice and professional. Dr Park was very friendly and professional. All in all I was very pleased as the dentist office isn't one of my favorite places to be.
