Arrived late for appointment with DONUTS from Harris Teeter because there was only checker Trainee! Agnes did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. Doctor Gerald examined my teeth and advised me that I had two developing cavities that should be dealt with. Need to ascertain whether he can replace those fillings with 'composite' material? Also, showed Doctor Gerald my Device for Sleep Apnea.....Mike Janay

Another great checkup and high quality filling by Dr. Gerald and his staff. As always, everyone is very personable and they make you feel welcome. Virtually pain free. He is the only dentist I've ever been to in over 40 years that I've yet to feel a needle during the numbing process. That alone makes me go back without hesitation.

I have recently gotten over my fear of denistry, but had never seen another dentist other than Dr. Linda White. Dr. Gerald was incredibly gentle and caring. The entire staff was personable and kind. I would recommend this practice to everyone, especially those who need a little extra kindness!

Dr. Gerald and his team continue to exceed my expectations in every way. His team is fabulous with my young children as they always go out of their way to make them comfortable and actually enjoy going to the dentist. As a single mother I am especially appreciative when they insist on entertaining the children while I get my teeth cleaned. This is an invaluable service to me as it means that I don't need to make a separate visit. I recommend Dr. Gerald and his team without hesitation!

I called Dr. Gerald on a Saturday night. I was in excruciating pain and I had called every Dental office that claimed they provided 24 hour emergency services to no avail. I was given Dr . Gerald's name by a physician friend. I called his office and within minutes I was talking directly to Dr. Gerald. I explained my problem. He asked me if I could hang on until Sunday at 11am. I said yes. I showed up at 11 and Dr. Gerald greeted me with a big smile that instantly eased my anxiety. Dr. Gerald came in and explained that he was going to perform a quick examination then let me know what he finds. He does and I agree to the work. He begins and I could hardly tell he was working on me. His touch was so gentle and his demeanor was so kind as well as his assistants that when he said that's it. You're finished. I couldn't believe it. I was in his chair for almost 2.5 hours and it only felt like 1. There was only 1 occasion where I felt pain and I raised my hand and he immediately stopped and numbed me up even more. Let me just say that I have been in the healthcare field for over 37 years and for Dr. Gerald to take me on as an emergent patient that he had never seen before showed a level of compassion and empathy that is seldom scene. I am so grateful to Dr. Gerald and his staff words are not suffice! I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful young dentist and his practice. read less
