I trust my teeth to Dr. Bates. That is really saying a lot. The office staff exceeds the standards for professionalism, kindness, patience, and cleaniness.
When I called at 8am yesterday hoping to be seen for a broken tooth, I had no idea that I would leave the office at 11:30am with a crown! I'd never heard of technology which would allow a crown to be fabricated so quickly on site. The entire procedure was accomplished in under two hours. Painless, of course. Fitting perfectly. Dr Bates and his entire staff have always been unfailingly pleasant and kind to me.
All personnel (staff, hygienist and Dr. Bates) were all friendly and professional. for a visit to the dentist, it was very pleasant.
A new crown in just two hours! No pain, no temporary crown, minimal waiting time for the crown to be cast. Overall excellent experience!
We love Dr. Bates. My boys have gone there for several years now and have never felt any pain there and they do fillings for kids in the office no hospital stay. Love it!
