I was told my Jaw needs to be broken to do an expertise Dental work on a complex twin tooth I had! I was afraid of the surgery and having my jaw broken. Then I went to see the dentils at this office. Dr. Zia, a humble human being; knowledgable and after telling me what needs to be done, he took care of my complex tooth issue. ( No Broken Jaws- thankful for that ) I am happy I took my friend’s advice and went there. Other than the friendly staff; the doctor was great and very knowledgeable

Good service, thought the customer care was efficient. The doctor was very understanding and went through multiple options which were suited to my insurance. The assistant was also very helpful. During the duration of my gum surgery the doctor consistently asked whether I was feeling any pain and solved the issue accordingly. However since coming to see Dr. Rizvi I feel quite relaxed and comfortable. Hence I have become a regular. I would highly advice those with kids, he's great with them seeming though he is a family man.I moved to Ashburn a few years ago and goggled "dentists in Ashburn", Ashburn Dental Care was one of the first Clinics to appear I thought I would give it a try, due to my previous experience with dentists I was a bit hesitant but decided to give it a go. The website was at an average standard but when phoning in I found the customer care to be exceptional.The clinic is a very traditional practice its quite welcoming and clean,but can do with some modernisation. My overall experience with Ashburn Dental was good. I only had a teeth cleaning and X-ray this time, but I was impressed with the kindness of the doctor and staff. The doctor personally cleaned my teeth, which was a nice touch, and I appreciated the thoroughness. However, compared to other dental offices I’ve visited in the past, I believe the practice could benefit from some moderate remodeling and modernization, especially in the client-facing areas. The office feels a bit outdated, and add...read moreing a more inviting atmosphere—perhaps with music—would enhance the overall experience. While the staff was friendly, I would have liked them to introduce themselves and engage a bit more warmly. Additionally, I sensed that there was an attempt to sell me services I hadn’t requested, particularly regarding cosmetic changes. I appreciate the concern for my dental health and the suggestions made, but I am not interested in veneers at this time. One thing I found interesting was that the option for protection during the X-ray was presented as an optional question. In my past experiences, other dental offices have automatically offered this protection to ensure safety. Overall, I had a good experience at Ashburn Dental and will likely return since I have the same dental plan. I just hope to see a more modernized approach, as the dental industry has so much potential for innovation and improved technology. read less

As far as dental technology is concerned a lot of it is not obvious but we do utilize some of the most advanced equipment and techniques. We pride ourselves on advising regarding different treatments and options, but we do not push at all. We apologize if we were not welcoming enough.
