I love Taconic! All the hygienists and Dr. Ratcliffe are really friendly and make the appointments enjoyable. I don’t love the drilling and scraping that comes with going to the dentist so being at place that makes me feel comfortable is important - this is it! Added bonus, there are dogs that sometimes come around to greet you!! 😊

The staff at Taconic Dental from the front office staff to the assistants dentists and hygienists are all so kind and helpful. The office is clean and technology is up to date. I left the office with a clear plan in place. I’m so happy I found this office!

I’ve been petrified of the dentist from childhood. One bad experience after the next even through adulthood. I went today did an assessment, X-rays and set up a plan with Dr Betsy. Everyone from check in, to dental hygienist to the dr herself was beyond amazing. I’m already scheduled for my procedure and have all the trust it will be a great visit once again.

I having been going to this dentist for a few years now and I have had fillings and crown replacements and I have no complaints about anyone that has worked on my teeth! I am not an easy person to please when it comes to dental work but every procedure has been with minimal discomfort. Everyone is professional and friendly and helpful with insurance questions (Ann). I had the best experience at Taconic Dental Arts in the Rutland office while on vacation. Being I was on vacation and not a patient of theirs they still managed to squeeze me in and take care of me! Not only did the Dr do great work but the office staff was wonderful, caring and very efficient

I have had a mixed experience with dentist offices - some have been very good, and when I was a kid some that were absolute nightmares, so going to the dentist is always a stressful event.Taconic was wonderful! My hygienist, Sherry, was so thorough and helpful, gave me lots of tips and did a beautiful job cleaning my teeth. I felt well cared for and am happy that I'll have a great place to go if I ever have issues in the future.

I have a severe phobia of anything dental related. I have spent years trying to find the right fit for my needs and the staff at Taconic Dental Arts is amazing. They address my fears and helped develop a trusting relationship. Sarah J is a great communicator, Brittany is supportive and comforting. Can't say enough about Dr. Spencer, his demeanor, approach and catered care really makes an impact on my experience. I am so happy to have found this practice and highly recommend!
