I have been coming to Dr Richter for several years and have always received quality care. I saw Dr. Vasa recently for a filling and her, as well as her assistant Valerie, gave me excellent care! I would recommend either dentist for all dental needs.

The office is always professional, has a warm atmosphere, and friendly. The staff is great, and the services are excellent as well. Not once have I ever left there unhappy or discouraged, I have no complaints at all! Keep up the good work!!!

Live in Morgan. Lost a crown. Everyone up here "too busy". One receptionist told me I needed to have it taken care of "right away" and that she could fit me in August 10th. Staff at Hardwick Dental Group is outstanding, both understanding and helpful. Scheduled me the next day. Dr. Richter is great. Thanks, J. McWain

For the first time in my quite long life, I actually enjoy going to the dentist! As a white-knuckle patient, I was concerned when Dr. Richter stopped using nitrous oxide, but I find I don't need it because everyone in the office is so pleasant and calm. It's actually fun!

I live in Berlin,Vt. about 45 min.away but it,s worth the drive. Dr.Richter is a great dentist and he is a down to earth guy. Also the staff are all friendly as family. They make you feel at home even though you are in a DENTIST office. I thank all of them for the good work they do.

Dr.Richter and his staff run a top notch business. The total experience is always great. Their customer service is excellent. I have been a patient of Dr. Richter for over thirty years and have never been disappointed.

I recently spent three hours with Dr. Richter and Phil getting two crowns--from prepping the teeth to placing the crowns. I was enthralled by the computerization of the process and spent much of my time laughing with the two of them. The relaxed atmosphere really helped what is almost always a white-knuckle experience for me. I enjoyed my day so much that I decided to stay while Katy cleaned my teeth--another positive experience from a personable young woman who didn't scold me too badly for ...read morenot having regular professional cleanings. I'm returning soon for treatment of periodontal disease and, while I REALLY don't look forward to the treatment itself, I know it will be as pleasant an experience as anyone could hope for given the givens. read less

I was very nervous to return to the dentist after so long but Dr. Richter and his wonderful staff put me right at ease. I used to complain that the chairs didn't have handles. Now I find that I don't need handles! I live in St. Johnsbury so it's a bit of a drive. Well worth it! Thanks!
