The best cleaning and laser treatment I have ever had!
The office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. In today's busy world, it's refreshing to associate with a staff that greets you upon arrival by your first name. Don't know how they remember everyone, but it's great. We have already recommended a family friend and she also enjoyed her visit. In my opinion, the hygienist that provided my dental care was the best I've ever encountered and I cannot say enough about her. Never greeted when I came in. Never let anybody know I was there. Changed my appt to a half hour earlier. At 11:00. Then I didn't go in until 11:25. I was on my lunch hour. The assistant said she was sorry. She didn't know I was there. Just happened to check because my husband and I are thers early all the time.
I have had a great experience at Draper Dental with everyone there. I have especially had great experience with Jen at the front desk with help on financial options and insurance coverage and just advise on which options are better. She is always on top of it and knows what she is talking about. She is also very friendly and easy to talk to about what you need to do. I love everyone at Draper Dental and will continue to go there for all my dental work.
There isn't one thing that would make your dental office more inviting. Thanks for all you have done and I will be back as soon as I have more money. :P
