The front desk manager is rude , unprofessional And dishonest with pricing . Even when my insurance assured her she over charged me for a procedure she told me She was going to call another number because she felt it wasn’t enough . All the while she kept over one hundred dollars difference. I had multiple issues with my crown I had fitted here . I had to go to a different dentist to fix their work . The dentist shaved not only my brand new crown down so low , it removed all the ridges that ...read moremade it feel like a real tooth , but he then shaved down two other molars on top to make his crown fit , yet he exposed the metal lining of those two crowns . I wish I had spoken up when he did this . I asked for the owner to return my call several days but I am sure the message was never given to the owner of this facility. My experience was awful here . Within two days of being overcharged for glueing a different crown in , it then fell Out and I was charged another $150 to reglue it . Even though my insurance says I should have been charged $15. Any reputable dentist would not have charged again when he didn’t use the correct glue in the first time . I was not only tipped off but treated horribly from the manager and financial person at the office . It was appalling. Shame on them. read less

I have been taking my daughter to waller dental since before she was 2 yrs old.My daughter is now 5 and she loves going to the dentist. Waller dental makes the experience fun for the kids. I would not take my daughter anywhere else!

Dr. Bessey and staff are great! Dr. Bessey takes his time to explain what care or treatment is needed and answers any questions or concerns. Staff is awesome as well. I highly recommend Waller Dental.

Your Dentist Dr. Gonzales and nurse are/ were very passionate and caring, putting people at easy on their visit with you. Your office manager is also great in giving information that would help alleviate the apprehension that comes with money and payment. I really appreciate all that they did and continue to do for their patients
