Dr. Blackwelder and his staff are always friendly and welcoming. I have a child who is nervous about going to the dentist and they go above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. I highly recommend Waco Kids Dental.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Yes, it does get busy and yes you sometimes have to wait, but the care given is worth it. My son (3 years old at the time)had to have crowns and other dental work done and the doctors took wonderful care of him and did fantastic work. Dr. Blackwelder is so sweet and my son really seems to like him. We are very sad to be moving out of the area and will have to find a new dentist for our children. They are so wonderful here! Both of my boys have gone for cleanings, and my oldest has had teeth pulled. The first appointment goes nice and easy, and they show the kids every tool, tell them what it does, and introduce them to it slowly. The kids even get to choose the flavor of toothpaste! The waiting room is a play area that my kids didn't want to leave. And the staff are all so nice! This is how children's dental offices should be.

Lyndsy and Zach love to come to the dentist. They feel really special. The people there make it a good experience for them. They can't wait until NEXT TIME!
