I have been using this office almost since they opened. Dr Frei is very friendly and easy. Puts you at ease immediately upon meeting him. Before him though, meeting up with Amanda at the front desk then encountering Gigi or Maria in the back is always fun. All seem to love their work as well as their work environment. I highly recommend this group if you are looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Frei and the Crew went above and beyond for us today. They fit us in their busy schedule to do some work that needed to be done before our insurance changed next week.I’m pretty sure they didn’t really HAVE the time, but they MADE time to get it done for us. That type of care, and caring, is why we’ve been patients there since the kids had teeth to work on. And it’s why we will continue.

Dr Frei and staff are always so friendly and professional. I have been a patient there for 19 years. Despite moving 3 hours away I still see Dr Frei for all my dental needs.

I have never been to this dentist before. My husband and I are new to TX and I needed help quickly. The office fit me in the same day I called. The staff and dentist couldn't have been more friendly or professional. I am so happy my husband found this group for me online. The positive reviews were our deciding factor.

I had the best experience at BNFD. In and out in less than a Hr. Scheduled there patients in true time. No waiting no upsets staff is hands down the best I've encountered

Unfortunately, I had to have 2 lower molars removed due to a previous dentist’s botched root canals and crowns. Being extra cautious I reviewed several dentists before deciding upon Dr. Greg Frei. Dr. Frei's staff are fantastic individuals, very caring and very competent. It was obvious from the start that Dr. Frei was highly experienced as every step went smoothly. He did not rush any part of the procedure, spending the appropriate amount of time making sure the implants were fitted perfectl...read morey. The fit between my existing teeth and new implants was perfect and he made sure the bite was right on. After years of pain and having to chew on one side of my mouth, I now feel completely normal. I work in a field that demands precision and quality and I can state that Dr. Frei exceeded all of my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the end results..... I would like to thank Dr. Frei and his staff for being the best of the best. read less
