I have an apt with my kid usually who is terrified of appointments and they work well with him. Super quick and considerate.
This office, doc and all staff are truly amazing. Every experience I've had here has been very positive. Me and the whole family have had good visits here. Many visits and all were great. Very polite and friendly all around. Given the COVID era we are in, and all the extra work to clean, sanitize, distance, etc. The folks here are the same great pleasant group. Highly recommend Potranco Smiles! Thanks to the whole staff!
I was really anxious about going to the dentist. I had not been in a couple of years and was just really expecting the worst. But the ENTIRE staff were incredibly patient and kind with me, which helped to put me at ease. I highly recommend this top-notch facility and outstanding staff to anyone looking for a dentist. I was blown away with their efficiency and service!
Great customer service from the start! Front ladies friendly and professional. Dentist and hygienist made me feel comfortable. Everything looked so clean and neat.
Wonder staff
I was very pleased with my visit at Potranco Smiles. First the ladies were very nice and courteous. The dental hygienist did a phenomenal job, she was very meticulous and concise about the duties of my visit. Thanks for turning my growl into a smile. I recommend without reservation.
Team was great; it just was the fact that as a new patient I was there for almost 3 hours (1pm appt until 3:45pm) for my x-rays and fillings appt. Otherwise great service by all team members!
