Not only is the facility extremely clean, but all the staff here are AMAZING and SUPER KIND!!!! I have had other work done here and just had another one done and Dr. Janse is still the BEST!!!!! He has such a way to calm you and make you feel heard and safe!!!!! I 100% recommend EVERYONE that is looking for a stress free and oddly enough, enjoyable experience, to go to Oak Hills Endodontics!!!!!

Dr Thompson has the best attitude, gentleness ,and state of the art machines ~ so highly knowledgeable in the Art of Dentistry!I had a previous root canal, and had a big investment on my crowned tooth. Dr Thompson quickly diagnosed the problem , and retreated my previous root canal, he got me out of the worst miserable pain I had been in,for the past five days. In this day and age of diminishing “pride in workmanship” on a general basis, it’s extremely refreshing and reassuring to encounter someone of Dr. Thompson's caliber. His demeanor and the entire staff exhibited superb professionalism, utmost in courtesy, and a Sincere desire to assist.

The People were very professional. The thing I most liked was if your appointment was at 11:30 they were ready for you at 11:30. And they told you exactly how long your treatment would take and they got you out in that time.

I highly recommend this endodontic practice to anyone who needs a root canal. I have made the mistake of letting a dentist start a root canal - don't do this to yourself. Call this practice, they will take care of you. Dr. Thompson and his staff are exceptional.The front office staff is very helpful and they know their stuff. I was so apprehensive to have a root canal , but was told how pain free it would be…I didn’t really believe it until I experienced it myself. Dr. Scott & Miranda babied me during the procedure, & even played some of my favorite music during, & Theresa toon card if me in reception. Would highly recommend this practice…

I needed the dreaded root canal in a tooth that was prepped by a different dentist for a crown. I was referred to Dr Bates. He was very informative and knowledgeable. The procedure did not end up being dreadful. Dr Bates was gentle and efficient and his technique for giving the shots for numbing was excellent because shots in the mouth is my biggest dentist fear and I barely felt anything.The dental chair has a tv above it. I watched 2 1/2 mike and Molly episodes and the procedure was complete!!...read more Dr Bates called that evening to make sure I was doing ok and told me to call if I needed anything.
