Dr. Ramirez and his staff I’ll have great attitudes! You also feel like they’re focused on taking care of you, and not just trying to get you to spend money on the services you don’t need. I went to another dentist for a while closer to home, but now I’m back and I’ve learned my lesson. The people at Pan Am dental really care!
My experience was awesome, I was so nervous walking in but the minute I sat in the dentist chair I was told step by step everything that was about to happen, no surprises. Nurses and Dr. Peralta were so gentle and told me step by step why they had to do what they were found. Dr. Peralta right off asked me what I was wanting out of my visits and how we could there and the time frame it would take to be successful, he put a smile back on my face and a good feeling in my heart. Ty staff.
I was at a convention in San Antonio and a cap fell off my tooth. Pam Am took me in right away even tho they were getting ready to close for the day. Professional service. Replaced my cap saving me a trip home to California in unthinkable pain and the get this.....they gave me a ride back to the convention. It is so great to see caring, thoughtful people still exist in our world. Thank you for everything!
