I needed to find a new dentist and decided to give this office a shot. So glad I did. I had a cleaning and check up and then a follow up visit to replace a filling that had partially fallen out. Both times I was very comfortable and the office staff is super friendly. The dentist was very proficient. I am happy that I found them.
Kudos to establishing a safe environment and following COVID protocol.
All of Dr. Alexander's staff are very friendly and treat you like family members as well as gentle dental care.
With the covid restrictions, I was not surprised to be asked to wait in the car until called. However the wait was very short and then I was warmly greeted and received the excellent treatment I always get at this clinic.
I appreciated the strict rules related to my entering the office and the attention paid to safety during my appointment. Wendy did my cleaning, was in full PPE. She is gentle, but thorough. Dr Jones, in PPE, completed my exam. They are a great team...patient service since 2001.
