I have never in my life met a more kind, caring and eloquent doctor than Dr. Ochoa at New Horizons Family Dentistry. I took my mom in today with a lot of pain in swelling and they were very careful when giving her a preliminary check up. My whole family has been very on edge all day since the first doctor she saw had a very poor choice of words and basically said she can die in a few months. The way you speak and portray empathy towards a patient, especially one that is in a lot of pain and is in mainly dark about what is wrong, goes a long way and Dr. Ochoa knows that very well. I would def. recommend this place. After having trouble getting an appointment for weeks in other places, nobody seemed to have appointments after 4pm or staff was super rude, I called New Horizons and the lady was super kind and able to schedule me at 6pm the same day. I even had both right side wisdom teeth removed the same day. End up getting out almost 10 pm, and they were still there. I will come back.
