Worst experience at a Dentist's office in 50 years. I went in the back they took x-rays put me in a chair the Dentist came in to "make an appearance." Nobody including the dentist ever put a tool in their hand to check my teeth. The Dentist just said his assistants would be in shortly with a plan and asked if I had any questions. I said I did not until after I saw the plan. They brought in a plan for an extensive cleaning for just under $700 and told me I needed a crown on my front tooth for jus...read moret over $800 because of a cavity. When I asked to see the X-rays I was then informed I did not have any cavities and was shuffled out immediately. I felt as though I was scammed, they did not check to see if any of my teeth were loose, if the crack on my front tooth was deep enough to require a crown yet, nothing. I felt like I was being taken advantage of and was not seen as a first-time patient but a potential mark. I will never go back or recommend this franchise.Extremely Dissatisfied Customer read less

Awesome place they were very good with my son and friendly! They made sure he was comfortable the entire time. I'm happy to continue to bring my son here.

That staff was very friendly but seemed very unorganized. I did arrive 5 minutes before my appointment so I was slightly late on my end. It then took them over an hour past my appointment time to see me. They seemed very busy and overbooked. Once I got to the back it did go very quickly.

Used them once in 2018, they billed my dental insurance and I had to pay the rest upfront BEFORE I could get the work done. They started texting me last month, 5 YEARS later, telling me I need to pay my remaining balance?? Called and left a message to inquire, no callback.
