i called in regards to one tooth that cracked previously, had crumbled the day before. So I called at 1pm on a Tuesday, they had availability at 5pm that same day for me, and since the tooth was not savable, they put me down for extraction the next day, Wednesday. I was extremely nervous since it's been, honestly, 2 decades since I had any work done on my teeth other than cleanings here and there. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The dentist took the time to show me the x-rays and discuss what she saw. Was immediately comfortable.

At 2PM on last Friday, my mother was in urgent need of a dentist. She lives 30 minutes outside of Lampasas where no dentists available until next week. I called several dentists in my town and was not able to locate any available. When I reached A1, the kind woman who answered the phone said that although they were very busy, they did not want her to wait through the weekend and to get her there ASAP. This dental office has been outstanding since my wife and I have been going to them. All employees are great, they really appreciate their customers and make us feel better. I recommend this dentist for anyone that is interested in getting great care for their teeth.
