Staff is very friendly. Each one I encountered wanted to make me comfortable. Very helpful and well informed on all accounts from insurances to treatment. Choice ofNetflix movies or a large choice of music, and even a chair that gives a gentle massage. Very nice. They even offer Saturday appointments!! Yea!!Both dentists are married to one another. A very peaceful atmosphere. I give them a five star rating, My trip from Dallas Medical City to Frisco was well worth it!!

So glad I went to Plush Dentistry for my dental concerns. Doctor Ali is highly skilled and sensitive to his patients needs. He did a fantastic job in overseeing my treatment. I have had experience with a lot of different dental practices but this has by far been the most pleasant one. Would highly recommend Plush to anyone!!

Dr. Lee and Dr. K are both great and will work with you. As some one who has high anxiety about visiting the dentist, they both truly understand how to calm and relax patients.The assistants are also very warm and welcoming. My whole family attends.

This place is amazing ! I highly recommend them. I heard about them on the radio and figured I'd give them a try, well it was worth it. Even their pricing is better than most. He was very gentle and let's be honest getting novacain on the roof if your mouth hurts but he did it and I could barely feel it. Before he started to pull my tooth he asked me what I wanted to watch, he put my show on gave me headphones and than begun the procedure. He did such a good job I barely felt him pulling my toot...read moreh out! When he was done, I wasnt swollen or bleeding much either. Very thorough with the examination and full disclosure of what needs to be done, schedule of how it needs to be addressed and well as how the money will play out. Dr. Ali cares about his patients and truly wants what is best for them. He is willing to listen and help solve issues based on what he knows as a doctor and what the patient tells him. Very refreshing... pun intended.

There is a level of customer service here that I have never experienced before from a dentist's office. From the moment you walk in, the staff show you such tremendous amounts of attention and make you feel extremely important. I've been here twice now and each time they've confirm my appointment via phone call and text, they've had all my necessary paperwork laid out and ready for me, they've offered me a beverage, and they've attended to me right away. They have MASSAGING chairs and huge flat ...read morepanel TVs with lots of streaming options as well as Bose noise cancelling headphones so you can totally forget about what's going on in your mouth. Dr. Ali is super friendly and will ask you multiple times if you're feeling alright and if there's any questions you have. The entire staff make it easy to feel comfortable.
