Dr. Hoerster and his staff are amazing!! By far the best dental experience i've ever had.
Dr. Hoerster has new technology in his office to make a professional crown without the hassle of a temporary crown and sending impressions to a lab offsite. I had my new crown in 2 1/2 hours and had the opportunity to see the whole process of making the crown in his office! Very impressive!!!
Having recently retired, moved, and spent almost 1 year researching to find the best dentist for myself and my husband, I FOUND HIM in Fredericksburg, Texas, Dr. Zachary Hoerster. Dr. Hoerster is highly trained & skilled in his field, and he has a friendly, kind and caring way about him. Excellent! Dr. Hoerster and staff all incredibly friendly, professional, compassionate, and gentle. This 73 year old tends to be 3 years old when she sits down in a dental chair. But this crew made me feel safe.
So far so good I will be able to tell you more on Tuesday! I do have to say all the employees, which I think I met them all on Thursday, were very professional and super friendly!! So far I am in love with them all!!
Everyone there is extremely nice and kind. Dr. Hoerster has excellent ”chairside” manner. For a busy office, I felt like I was their only patient. I don't live in Fredericksburg but on my first visit they even gave me suggestions for where to eat lunch. After my extraction both the office and the dentist called to check on me. That's as good as anyone has a right to be treated! I'm grateful to be a patient there.
The staff is always greeting with smile. Dr. Hoerster is compassionate, takes his time & does a fabulous job!
