A BIG thank you to the doctors and receptionist staff. Especially Ms.Kayla! From the moment I walked in Ms.Kayla was welcoming, and professional. To include the moment another female staff member, possibly her management, seemed to undermine Ms.Kayla in front of clients. Nevertheless Ms.Kayla handled it with poise, even complimenting the work done putting a smile on my face!

Everyone here has been consistently nice, supportive and patient through my procedures (root canals, cleanings…) Tammy is amazing helping me navigate options and each hygienist has been awesome! Doc Song is a truly a remarkable dentist and is very thorough and kind!

I just went for my biannual cleaning, and I have to say that Smilepoint has really turned things around since the last time I was there. First off, Andrea, their new hygienist, did an amazing job. This was, by far, the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a medical office (and I'm 44). Each person was kind and present with me, making me feel at ease. A special shout out to Drea, the hygienist--she made me laugh and smile and asked several times during my cleaning if I was doing alright. I've worked in the service industry for 24 years, and I can honestly say the customer service of Smile Point Dental is next level. Thank you all!

Tammy is always so fast and professional. Any insurance questions you have she’s right on top of it each time. Really makes visiting the dentist a bit more pleasant. This really helps when you are in excruciating pain. Tammy your the best you deserve a raise… Pete Armendarez
