I truly cannot say enough good things about Williams Family Dentistry! After a long, busy day, I finally sat down to eat, only to be met with severe tooth pain. I called the office about an hour and a half before closing, hoping for a miracle. Ashton answered the phone, placed me on a brief hold, and then told me if I could make it in quickly, they’d see me. They verified and triple checked through various methods to be absolutely sure before proceeding. It turned out I needed a root canal…..never something anyone looks forward to. Dr. Williams-Barre made several calls to get me the soonest appointment possible, but she could tell I was in more pain than I was letting on. Without hesitation, she called Dr. Andy Williams,who, by the way, was at the start of a movie, to ask if he could come in. He immediately left the theater (sorry, Mrs. Jeannie, hope you enjoyed the popcorn and Coke Zero!) and headed straight to the office. By this time, the office had officially closed and all the assistants had gone home. But Dr. Andy and Dr. Shanna stayed late and performed a double root canal, efficiently and with minimal discomfort. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine compassion blew me away. They didn’t just take care of my teeth, they went above and beyond to take care of me. I’ve been a patient of Williams Family Dentistry for around five years now, and their service and care have always been exceptional. I refer all my friends and coworkers to them, and today reaffirmed exactly why. They didn’t have to go the extra mile,but they did, without hesitation. My 16 year old son went to his cleaning for the first time without a parent there. Everything went great. They took care of him and treated him like their own. Cannot say enough great things about this office.
