I was referred the this dental practice by my wife and what a great experience. Thank you wife. It starts at the front desk with a smiling happy greeting. Lauden is 5 star plus hygienist and she has such a wonderful personality. Super exceptional service. She definitely cares about her patients. Cool Creek cares about the health of your teeth. Dr. Kristhoff is an excellent dentist! Together with his staff, Cool Creek Family Dental provides first-class dental care to my son and to me. I do not particularly like going to the dentist, but Cool Creek makes it easier. Everyone there is kind, friendly, competent, and caring.
Dr Kirstoff is the best. Ibsaw several dentists over the years, but the search stopped with him. Our entire family has been with him for almost a decade now. His staff are the best - they go out of their way to help out in any way possible.. Highly recommended
Really appreciate these folks. I called in between two holidays after I woke up in agonizing pain from an abscess, hoping they could get me in. They had no appointments but were very friendly about it saying that they would squeeze me in as it was an emergency. By the time I got there I felt a lot better than I did that morning, but knew it’s only going to get worse. The staff was very accommodating, never having me feel like a nuisance or a bother. From the moment I walked into the practice, all the staff were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Harris greeted me with open arms and made sure I was comfortable and pain free from the beginning to the end of my appointment. I definitely recommend this practice!

This is the best dental office I have been to. They provide personal care. The front desk staff knows you by name and everyone works to make you feel like family. The tough decisions are handled with care and even the financial seems not so painful. The office is beautiful and so is the drive there (if taking 360 to 2222). They even have Netflix for all the parents worrying about your children (or for us weak people). This is a decision you won’t regret. They even answer the phone.
Another 4 Month visit, and appreciate Steph for her professional skills with my 70 year old teeth! She is courteous, fun and always has a good dental tip for me😃 she keeps me on tract. Leaving the office feels good👍 Susan Klinkow
