Great experience from begining to end. All staff are kind and helpful from insurance questions to comfort during my cleaning. After I got a full evaluation and thorough talk with Doctor Ip. I will be a returning patient for sure!

I had an amazing experience at Smile360 with Dr. Ip! This was the most detailed and comprehensive dental appointment I’ve ever had. Dr. Ip took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable throughout. The cleaning was quick (and painless) yet thorough, and the entire staff was welcoming and professional. I left feeling confident about my dental health and well cared for. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for top-notch dental care!
Really enjoy Smile 360! I recently moved to Austin, and I started going here for my dental checkups. I think the staff is amazing, shout out to the Kiras, and Dr Ip is wonderful. They're very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr Ip is EXTREMELY good at presenting his findings in an easily digestible way for regular folks to understand. I also liked that I was presented with options, but I didn't feel like I was getting a cheap sales pitch or being pressured into any of them.
Professional, personable, this entire team is great. I leave here feeling that I have gotten excellent service and care. 💫 How many people can actually say they leave the dentist thinking, “That was fun!” ?
Dr Ip and his staff have made our healthy start appliance experience wonderful! We really appreciate his knowledge, care and experience in this early intervention process. Everyone at the office is great! And we have seen good results with healthy start as well!
While in town for work, I unexpectedly found myself in need of dental care to investigate something that had been lodged in my gums. Smile 360 was the closest facility to my location so I walked in to the office in the middle of the afternoon. The front office staff were very helpful and accommodating , and understanding of my situation. They were able to set me up for a impromptu appointment right away. Dr. Ip is such a fantastic dentist and I highly recommend him to everyone I know. I first saw him the week after I moved to Austin and was looking to fix a cracked tooth. He was able to see me right away, listened to all my concerns and fixed my tooth as quickly as possible. I have continued to see him as my dentist for the last 10 years because I know I will always receive the best quality care. He is so kind and you can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients. Dr. Ip and his team are out of this world! I left my appointment with 100% more knowledge than when I arrived, and what I learned made everything I was struggling with click!
